If you own a phone from the brand Honor, is very likely your device to receive the long awaited Android Oreo update. It will come in the form of the familiar EMUI interface that Huawei uses for its phones.

EMUI 8.0 debuted last October with the Mate 10 series, which also was the first device to come with the new operating system and user interface.

Today Honor confirmed nine devices on which the update will also become a reality. “To ensure Honor 8 users also benefit from the latest user experience upgrades, new functions of EMUI 8.0 will be ported to the Honor 8. Further update details will be released within one week. Please stay tuned and we thank you for your support and interest in Honor.”

Here is the list of the following devices:

Honor 7X, Honor 8, Honor V8, Honor Note 8, Honor 8 Lite, Honor 9, Honor 9 Lite, Honor V9, Honor V10

For now, the update is still in beta testing, but the official position of the company is that it will be released in a coming week.
