The LG V30 will cost around €870 in Europe or more than US $1,000 in the US, wrote AH, citing the Romanian electronics retailer Quickmobile. The company has revealed that it will sell the device at a price of 3,999 lei, equivalent to about $1036 or €870.

The publication highlights that the price may be higher in countries such as Croatia and Hungary, where VAT is high. These prices are significantly different from those speculated before the premiere.

In August it became clear that the unlocked version of the LG V30 for the US will be priced at $749.99. The difference in price can also be explained by the fact that in Europe this amount includes fees and taxes, and in the US it is added according to the specified state. Some states do not have the so-called sales tax.

According to Quickmobile, consumers can expect deliveries of the LG V30 in the end September. This information does not correspond to the rumors of the earliest start of sales in October.

One of the main selling points of the LG V30 is its dual camera setup with a 16-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/1.6 and a 13-megapixel (f/1.9) unit, with the two being arranged in a horizontal design and flanked by a dual-LED flash.

While the V30 is extremely unlikely to outsell the Galaxy Note 8 this fall, LG is still hoping the Android 7.1.2 Nougat-powered device will perform well enough to help its mobile unit bounce back from its recent issues and return with more profits in the near future. Source: AH
