On August 31, LG will present a new smartphone, which is supposed to be the flagship LG V30. So far, we did not have a clear idea of what we can expect from it except that the display technology will not be LCD but OLED.

New details has just been leaked from the famous Twitter account OnLeaks, which gives us a slightly better idea, as we finally see a sketch of the smartphone.

The LG V30 looks pretty much like the LG V20. He has a dual camera and a fingerprint scanner on the back. What’s more interesting, however, is that the company is clearly giving up the idea of a second screen that was present in the previous two models – or at least it has decided to merge it with the rest of the display.

So apparently with this ends the concept of a second display, with which LG was experimenting. The LG V30 is going to be unveiled at the end of August right as IFA kicks off.

LG V30 will go on sale on September 15 first in South Korea

It’s expected to come with a Snapdragon 835 CPU and 4GB of RAM. The LG V30 will also come with Android 7.1.2 and a 6.0-inch FullVision 2:1 OLED display as well.

What are your thoughts on the V30? Did you find the secondary display useful or are you glad LG is getting rid of it?
