Nokia 9 will not be a cheap phone, but obviously the price will be worth it. Armed with the powerful Snapdragon 835, the phone appears in GeekBench performance tests on the top of the the other flagship devices of the year.

The benchmark itself does not tell us anything unexpected – the smartphone has 4 GB of RAM and runs on Android 7.1. In the test, it is named as HMD Global TA-1004, so we need to keep track of it for future “leaks”.

Nokia 9 with Snapdragon 835 achieves 7700 points in the test of all cores and for this good result undoubtedly helps the stock version of Android. For comparison, this is more than the actual Xiaomi Mi 6, Xperia XZ Premium and Galaxy S8 + all using the same chipset.

Far behind is the Apple’s last tear flagship the iPhone 7 Plus with its Apple A10. In a core test, Nokia 9 again outperforms virtually all of the top models.

The Nokia 9 is expected to feature a dual 13-megapixel camera, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. It is also said to feature a 5.3-inch WQHD display with an impressive 530nits maximum brightness.
