ZTE has finally unveiled they key specifications for the new smartphone Axon 7S, which has long been speculated. A few weeks ago, it was rumored that the company had chosen the Snapdragon 821 chipset, and now ZTE has confirmed it. The surprise this time comes from the dual camera on the back, which nobody suspected.

The main camera will be 20-megapixel (1.25μm pixels), but will now be accompanied by a second camera with 12-megapixel Sony IMX368 sensor (1μm). Both will be able to record 4K videos. On the front will be placed 8-megapixels, which is the same as as is the the basic model.

ZTE Axon 7s also gets more RAM than its predecessor – 6 GB. It is still unclear whether there will be a 64 GB version, but 128 GB version will certainly be available.

The upgrade of the Battery is not particularly impressive – from 3250 to 3400 mAh. Axon 7s will also feature the microSD card slot and QHD screen.

There is still no official full information on the price of the device, but it is supposed to be around $500 a slightly more than the 128GB version of the Axon 7.
