Although most of us turn to smartphones to take pictures on the go, most smartphones are not significantly increase the number of megapixels in sensors that use. The new Xiaomi Mi 6 however want’s to change this and are likely to present camera with 30MP sensor.

The device is expected to be announced in the middle of this month, as April 16 is the most probable date. On the Chinese social network WieBo leaked a photo of alleged retail box of the phone from which we can see that the phone will come with 30MP rear camera sensor and 8MP front.

Beyond that obviously we can expect Snapdragon 835, 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, and a rather large 4,000mAh battery. Sony uses 24.8MP sensor in its Xperia Z5 and XZ and in this case we are not sure which exactly sensor will use Xiaomi, as previous rumors was for Sony IMX400. As a result, Xiaomi Mi 6 could be an interesting device for all those, who look for serious mobile photography.
