Samsung’s budget series Galaxy J smartphones will be upgraded with fingerprint scanners, says the Korean news edition ETNews. We expect smartphones to hit the market later this year. According to the news edition, Samsung wants to add scanners to expand service availability for mobile payments Samsung Pay.
