This is the first official photo of LG G6 expected at MWC 2017
We already know that LG prepares event for February 26, on which will present its new flagship G6. Now, thanks to The Verge, we can see the first official image from the new smartphone.
LG G6 will have a large 5.7-inch display with an unusual ratio of 2:1 as its side frames are quite small, which can be seen in the photo. Sides and top phone has rounded edges and something known as strip antennas of the iPhone and HTC, which will cross at the back.
The source of The Verge states that the G6 will be made entirely of glass and metal. It will have a headphone jack and is waterproof, but the battery will not be removable. Fingerprint sensor probably again will be located on the back, under the camera, but we can’t be completely sure before we see pictures of the rear panel.
A year ago, LG has tried to do something different and Mobile World Congress presenting a modular flagship LG G5. Despite good hardware capabilities and quality camera, the model failed to achieve the desired success. Among the main observations fell design and large frame around the display.
If we can rely on the new photos, the Korean manufacturer has listened to criticism. Unfortunately interesting idea of modular design (G5 had two additional modules – Hi-Fi DAC to improve the sound and CAM module for better images) failed to win consumers. Among the reasons we can point clumsy changing system of the modules (must turn off the phone) and their price.
Currently the company is far from the leaders in sales in the smartphone segment, and failed to make a serious profit from it. G5 not help but perhaps a more conventional flagship will succeed? We will find out in a month at MWC 2017.http://gizbrain.com/2017/01/24/first-official-photo-lg-g6/https://i2.wp.com/gizbrain.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/lg-g6.jpg?fit=2000%2C1333https://i2.wp.com/gizbrain.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/lg-g6.jpg?fit=190%2C150LEAKSLGTECH NEWSleaks,LG,LG G6,MWC,MWC 2017,smartphoneWe already know that LG prepares event for February 26, on which will present its new flagship G6.
