Samsung has no intention to give up the brand Note, despite last year’s problems with exploding phones. This become clear from an interview with the head of Samsung Mobile, DJ Koh.

Many believed that Samsung will no longer produce Galaxy Note devices because of the bad reputation that has been accumulated over the past year. This week, Samsung has announced the official results of the internal investigation for the Note 7.

During the investigation they found that Note have many, many loyal users, said Koh. Tim Baxter, president of Samsung US, said that the majority of users of the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note 5 are still loyal to the brand and wait for the upgrade.
