On Monday officially we will learn what is the reason behind the fire problems in misery smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Now, according to a new report from the Wall Street Journal, the reason for the exploding Galaxy Note 7 is entirely in the battery.

Samsung uses two different supplier for batteries for Galaxy Note 7 – Samsung SDI and based in Hong Kong Amperex Technology Ltd. With the Samsung SDI batteries Samsung has found that they don’t fit correctly within the phone because they are with irregular size – an issue that has caused overheating.

After Samsung stopped and recall the smartphones with the SDI batteries in them, she turned to Amperex Technology, to increase the production. But this increased demand has led to manufacturing defects, which once again caused overheating of the batteries.

The sources of the Wall Street Journal, who requested anonymity, said that there was not enough space for the battery, so that when increase its size under normal use, to fit into the device.

This has given rise to additional pressure and led to touch the positive and negative plates of the battery, which in turn has led to ignition. Although the logical statements in this new report will have to approach with skepticism, at least until Samsung come up with its official position on the case on Monday.
