The exclusive iOS period for the game Super Mario Run will end in March. Then users of rival Android operating system will get the opportunity to play the title in three months after the premiere for the iPhone and iPad.

Information about the premiere of the game for Android came from Nintendo’s post from the social network Twitter. Like iOS, and here users can subscribe to receive notification upon release of the game at Google Play Store.

This three months delay comes because of security problems and worries about piracy, which was revealed in an interview with the creator of Mario, Shigeru Miyamoto. Super Mario Run offers the first world free, then requires a one-time payment of $9.99 to gain full access to the rest of the game.
