Meizu Pro 6S coming in late October, Pro 6S Plus canceled
Last month, it became clear that Meizu is working on two enhanced versions of the smartphone Pro 6, which is on sale from May this year. The speculation was that the smartphone will be named Pro 6S, and the second one – Pro 6S Plus.
The bigger device Pro 6S Plus was supposed to be powered by a Samsung Exynos 8890 the same chip that Samsung use for S7 and Note 7.
Unfortunately new information from today reveals that the company will not release Pro 6S Plus version. It was clear from the statement of Meizu Vice President of Marketing Li Nan, who confirmed that Meizu will not run devices with Samsung chips.
According to him, the reason for this was that these chips have problems with maintenance of 4G, but he didn’t explained what exactly is this problem. However, he confirmed that Pro 7 will be released in 2017.
So at the end of the month remains only the premiere of Meizu Pro 6S, which will use Helio P20 processor.http://gizbrain.com/2016/10/04/meizu-pro-6s-coming-in-late-october-pro-6s-plus-canceled/https://i0.wp.com/gizbrain.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/meizu-pro6-1.jpg?fit=800%2C326https://i0.wp.com/gizbrain.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/meizu-pro6-1.jpg?fit=190%2C150MEIZUTECH NEWSMeizu,Meizu Pro 6s,smartphoneLast month, it became clear that Meizu is working on two enhanced versions of the smartphone Pro 6, which is on sale from May this year.
