LG officially announced the new LG K8 and LG K5
Earlier this year LG announced the first LG K7 and K10, and shortly thereafter came and LG K4, now the K series of the South Korea’s continues with two more models, respectively LG K8 and LG K5.
LG K8 has a 5-inch In-cell display with 1280 x 720 resolution, as the camera uses 2.5D Arc Glass and has a special coating on the back that prevents slipping the phone from your palm.
The new smartphone K8 is powered by MediaTek MT6735 SoC, which combines quad-core processor of 1.3 GHz and graphics accelerator Mali-T720. Depends of the Region the storage space will be 8 GB or 32 GB, and additional memory can be added by microSD slot.
Again from the geographical region depends on whether the model will have 1 GB or 1.5 GB RAM memory. The rear camera is 8 MP while the front is 5 MP. As for connectivity options, K8 offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n, Bluetooth 4.2, USB 2.0 and NFC. The operating system is Android 6.
In turn, LG K5 comes with a 5-inch display with a modest resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. We once again find MediaTek MT6735 SoC, followed by 1 GB RAM memory and 8 GB of storage space with an option for an additional card.
The cameras this time are respectively only 5 MP and 2 MP, and the battery is 1900 mAh and can be removed. The connection is through G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n, Bluetooth 4.1 and USB 2.0.
