Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (MWC) is one of the most anticipated events in the technology industry. This year it will be held from February 22 to 25. Last year, HTC has presented its flagship HTC One M9 exactly at the Mobile World Congress and this fact provoked a number of rumors that this year the company will again show the new smartphone at the event.

According to informed sources, however, this year’s HTC One M10 flagship will not be shown in February, but in March at a separate event. Sales are expected to begin in April.

It is assumed that the device will offer a completely new design, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 23-megapixel rear camera and a large 3000 mAh battery which should be more than enough for a typical day’s use, and a fingerprint sensor on the front of the phone.

The new smartphone is expected to run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with a custom HTC Sense 8.0 interface. This information has not been confirmed officially by the Taiwanese manufacturer.
