Sales of the new iPad Pro launched last Wednesday, but some of the first owners of the extra large tablet already complain of problems.

According to users and reviews posted on the forums of Apple, the tablet “freezes” and stops working during charging or after charging. The only way to fix the problem is temporarily restart.

Users claim that after hard reset the battery indicates that it is charged to 100%, but it is not.

“I have the same problem. I charge it twice and both times had to forcibly restart to start working,” says a unhappy user in the forum.

Apple knows about the problem, as the technical staff of the center for customer service recommended as a temporary measure to return to factory settings through iTunes.

“The good news” is that similar problems have users of the iPhone 6, iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, which means that it can be fixed with a software update. And probably Apple will release fix in the next update of iOS.
