DJI present the newest product in its portfolio – a powerful Drone computer management. Manifold, as the device is called, will allow drones in the near future to be more precise with tasks such as mapping capturing, analyzing image or recognition of specific objects. The computer is compliant with one of the latest models of the company the drone – Matrice, which was presented earlier this year.

Entering the market with on-board computers and components for drones, DJI compete directly with chip manufacturers such as Intel and Qualcomm. Currently both companies are working on components for flying devices. Intel introduced RealSense – new technology for avoiding obstacles, especially suitable for the needs of drones. Qualcomm did announce that work on SnapDragon Flight – specialized chip management for drones.
