Samsung Galaxy S7 vs Apple iPhone 7 – the clash of 2016
Samsung plans to accelerate the timetable for the release of its new flagship smartphone – Galaxy S7, to react more quickly to Apple’s new iPhone models. The next flagship smartphone from Samsung could appear on the market earlier than expected.
Galaxy S7 premiere is expected in January 2016, according to South Korean publication Electronic Times. So far, Samsung showed its new Galaxy smartphones at the Mobile World Congress exhibition, which usually takes place in late February or early March.
Samsung already violates the traditional time for release of their flagship devices – Galaxy Note 5 was announced in August 2015, while earlier the company was updating this line devices in September.
TrendForce research company predicts that this year Samsung smartphone sales will decline by 1%, which will mark 2015 as the first year of decline in the history of the Korean manufacturer.
According to rumors, Samsung will equip its flagship model with 4 GB RAM, which is quite an impressive amount of memory. Expectations are the processor of S7 to be made by 64-bit technology, and to become the fastest chip on the market for smartphones. Others information claim that S7 will use chip set Exynos M1 (Mongoose), which will combine modem and processor cores. The phone memory will be 32GB, 64GB and model with 128 GB.
Galaxy S7 can offer a 30 MP camera with technology GigaPixel, on the front will be 10 megapixel camera. The smartphone will have a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, with a resolution of 4K. Rumors suggests to be more waterproof and to include support of 5G network.
What we can expect from Apple?
But what we know about the rival of Samsung – iPhone 7 will debut in the fall of 2016. Apple expected to radically change the design of the iPhone 7, and some even suggest that the entire smartphone will be “wrapped” with a display. The phone can use technology glass-on-glass, to allow the display to be “corner to corner”, it is quite likely again to see versions with 4.7-inch or this time 5-inch and 5.5-inch display.
Others expect Apple to use the technology Sapphire glass. The smartphone will benefit from technology Force Touch and probably will be even slimmer. Intel has already announced that it developed LTE modem chip for the new generation of iPhone, and A10 processor might be 6-core. The camera might be built on a new technology called “a light splitter cube”, which promises quality comparable to cameras with interchangeable lens (DSLR).
For now, the rumors about the new iPhone are unclear, but the expectations for Apple are always high, so when the iPhone 7 debuted, will probably offer the most advanced technologies.http://gizbrain.com/2015/10/21/samsung-galaxy-s7-vs-apple-iphone-7-the-clash-of-2016/https://i1.wp.com/gizbrain.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Apple-iPhone-6s-Samsung-Galaxy-S6.jpg?fit=760%2C553https://i1.wp.com/gizbrain.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Apple-iPhone-6s-Samsung-Galaxy-S6.jpg?fit=190%2C150APPLERUMORSSAMSUNGTECH NEWSApple,Galaxy S7,iPhone 7,rumors,Samsung,smartphoneSamsung plans to accelerate the timetable for the release of its new flagship smartphone - Galaxy S7, to react more quickly to Apple's new iPhone models.
