The most popular manufacturer of Drones, DJI, announced its first consumer camera Osmo. Borrowing technology from the Steadicam, it includes 4K camera with stabilizer and held with one hand. Osmo has a price of $649 usd, making it one of the most accessible stabilized cameras on the market.

The system is compatible with cameras product line DJI Zenmuse includes 4K camera with 1/2.3-inch sensor and 94-degree coverage. Weight is 201 g, shooting in 24, 30 or 60 frames per second, and the stabilizer is comparable to a professional Steadicam in relatively calm conditions. Of course, Osmo is not a substitute for professional products DJI film industry for example.

To watch what the camera is filming, you have to use your smartphone and application DJI Go, which allows precise control. Double-pressing the shutter button turns the lens to the operator (for selfies), you can also lock it, and to center it.
