This is the first reduction in the price of PlayStation 4 from the launch of the console at the end of 2013. The first country where this happens, are Japan and the US will be followed by Canada. And probably soon in Europe as well.

PlayStation 4 base with 500 GB hard drive now costs $349.99, which also affects the price of the 1 TB model whose sets will cost $429.99 dollars. Both versions are available in various kits with games like Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and Disney Infinity.
