During the year, Samsung made a number of changes in the devices and its policies, which gives the better results – the company expects Q3 to reach 43.9 billion dollars in revenue and profits amount to 6.3 billion dollars. This means it will be reported a jump of 7.5% compared to the same period last year.
“The surprise is pleasant and exceeded expectations. This clearly indicates that Samsung’s earnings are improving,” said on CNBC Daniel Kim, an analyst at Macquarie Equities Research.
According to Kim, the reason for the good performance lies in two factors – higher profit margins from different hardware components (especially displays) and higher deliveries in September flagship Galaxy S6 edge + and Galaxy Note 5. Good rise in Revenue good reason for Kim to believe that the company will surpass the financial results achieved in 2014.
