Instagram increases the duration of video ads to 30 seconds
Instagram increase the maximum duration of video ads within the platform. So far, the advertising clips on Instagram was with a maximum length of 15 seconds, and now they can be up to 30 seconds. This is not the only innovation for the advertising content in Instagram – like pictures that recently are not necessarily square, the videos will be subject to restrictions on the shape and orientation.
Video ads will debut on some new markets, including Italy, Spain, South Korea, India and Mexico. After September 30 the list will be supplemented with further countries. Ad space will now be available to smaller companies and premium Marquee tool will help advertisers to reach more quickly and effectively to a wider audience.
