Google again released an update for distributing versions of Android, Android 5.0 Lollipop makes a jump of almost 3%. New figures show that Lollipop now works 21 percent of all active Android devices. In the past month the figure was 18.1%. KitKat (4.4) makes a slight decline to 39.2%, tying with the outcome in June and Jelly Bean (4.1 – 4.3) falls to 31,8% from 33.6% in August.

As for the other versions: Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.3 – 4.0.7) holds 3.7%, down from 4.1%, Gingerbread (2.3.3 – 2.3.7) fell by half a percentage point again 4.1% and Froyo (2.2) running on 0.2%, down from 0.3%.

Lollipop will continue to grow before the official release of Marshmallow (6.0).
