Here’s how to use the News app in Apple’s iOS 9, if you are outside the US and UK
Last Friday we informed you that iOS 9 already has Public Beta to anyone who wants to try it. Of course, not everybody’s going to try unfinished version of the new iOS, but for those of you who have done so, we have a recommendation. You know that iOS 9 comes with some new applications, one of which is the News, but for some users outside the US or the UK it is not active after installation of the Beta version. Fortunately, there are quick and easy workaround, you can do without any effort and in a few seconds.
First go to Settings, then General, then Language & region and choose Region Formats. From Region Formats change the region to United States. If Apple’s News has still not appeared on the screen you will need to restart your iPhone or iPad.
