HTC One M9 gets OTA update that improves the camera and overheating
HTC One M9 began to receive OTA update to address some common complaints – camera and overheating, which by Qualcomm still deny (smartphone using Qualcomm Snapdragon 810). Of course, as far as a software update can fix these problems.
Themselves improvements include reducing the “noise” in the pictures and smart heat management. Although the camera of HTC One M9 is a 20 MP sensor, it received much criticism in the actual tests. This latest update improves overexposure to prevent blurring of images.
Improvements in overheating means that the chances One M9 overheat while charging, if you do not use it at the same time reduced. The update also addresses sucking battery life caused by energy applications such as YouTube or Facebook.
HTC is doing more to meet consumer expectations and criticism. It may not succeed one hundred percent to deal with hardware-based problems, but when consumers see the dedication of the company feel that someone is thinking about them.
OTA update already arrived in Taiwan and now spread to the region of EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). It delivers Android Lollipop 5.0.2, software version 1.40.401.5.
