Project Ara of Motorola seems particularly interesting, but is still far from putting in sale. The team behind Nexpaq wants to offer a similar product, but as a case for the iPhone and Android smartphones.

Kickstarter project is already funded successful, but you still have time, if the idea excites you. The concept is simple: back to Nexpaq has several slots for different modules that extend the functionality of your smartphone. All components are compatible with iOS and Android devices and can be changed while the system is turned on. The team is now ready with 12 modules, the most interesting of which are powerful LED flashlight, extra batteries, flash memory, and breathalyzer meter air quality. The company is already working on a standard that will allow third-party developers to create modules.
